No preservatives.
After reading the labels on several brands of grated parmesan cheese, there were myriads of preservatives, etc. in their brands. Four C brand lists only parmesan cheese, no added 'stuff'. My go-to from now on.

tastes like parmesan - for real
The best and worst thing about this stuff is it tastes like parmesan. Not like the Kraft stuff in the green can, which tastes like a concoction of cardboard, dust, and salt, but like the parmesan you fresh grind from the deli section or your favorite restaurant. This to me is a major step up, having real tasting parmesan handy in a can... but if you're looking for Kraft, buy Kraft. This tastes distinctly more like the real thing.

Better than the other popular brand. A bit more expensive buy I love the flavor. Once it's open, make sure to store in frig for safety and freshness.

MOLDED w SEAL IN TACT N IN DATE!!
I opened the lid and there was a big chunk of mold! I planned to take it back but had no time! I was sick due to surgery n decided to simply throw it away! The seal had not been broken and the date was a year out!! Sickening!
