At over 200 lbs, this is not something one person should try alone.... but I did! The delivery driver did go above and beyond and helped me to move this chair into my house, but it was not required of him. Delivery is to your front yard/porch, and if you have steps to your porch, they are not even required to help there either. So, be warned, make sure you have the appropriate help available. As the driver and I were moving the chair into the house, we figured out it was wider than originally thought. It was also much simpler to maneuver once we took the top of the box off. The box is NOT sealed, it is two pieces, with the chair held on the bottom piece, and then the "box" going over to cover the chair. So if you thought you were going to push the box around... nope... ain't going to happen. I found the easiest way to move the chair was by removing it completely from the packaging, and then lifting up onto wheels that are built into the chair. I later found that it shows this very thing in the included manual! Just make sure to measure the doorways to get the chair into the house, and then to navigate to other rooms. You do NOT want to get the chair stuck in a doorway and have to brute force it through. Don't ask me how I know... just accept that I know. The first time I sat in the chair, I was in love. As I am a very stout human being, I started at the "strongest" level, and for the first time, a massage chair actually made me feel like I was being massaged! My calves stopped hurting for the first time in MONTHS! I just wish the chair were comfortable enough to sleep all night! I would 100% purchase this chair again! Thank you Iboomas!

I love this massage chair. It has exceeded my expectations. The different modes and settings are easy to use, and I love the cover-up that was included with my chair. I will definitely let others know about the quality of this chair and the ease of abuse.

This is an amazing massage chair! Easy to use, very plug-and-play. Does not occupy a lot of space. Lots of great settings to explore, or you can choose “automatic” for preset options. Delivery was quick and easy as well. Overall, highly recommend!

This massage chair is a wonder it scans your body and allows you to save profiles via the app. It has excellent heating and strong massages very diverse too. I am 6'4” and 245 and it fits amazing. Customer support will reach out with all the information you would ever need and then some. Definitely recommend this product

There are several massage options and they are all amazing. It massages from your head all the way down to your glutes. There are air bags for your arms, legs, and shoulders. Plus rollers for the bottom of your feet. You can turn on heat for your back and calves. The sleep mode is so relaxing and rocks you to sleep. It also has bluetooth to connect your phone to play relaxing music and lights up under the arms. It comes in a huge box already put together, so all you have to do is roll it inside.

Ready to go out of box, no setup. Heat feature is great. Very relaxing. I wish I would have checked width of chair (chair is for larger person so it's a tight fit). Remote is a great benefit, but would like it to be touchscreen Will update with any additional comments.

The chair is a wonderful addition to my life. I love to have my back massaged every single day after work. My favorite program so far is "Spa" as it glides gently along the back. So, why the 4 stars? First, the foot message is mid. I have a dedicated foot massager and I can definitely feel a difference in overall quality. Next, I was disappointed to discover it does not hit the hamstrings. I was hoping the track would run behind the legs to loosen them up, but it does not. It only targets the butt. I also realized it would have been nice to have a feature that hits the quads as well. Maybe add air bags similar to the calves? Finally, the casing for the chair seems a little cheap. It looks and feels like the plastic you find on toys. Given this, I am very satisfied with the chair. It does a wonderful job massaging my back, tilting me into position, and the air bags are a wonderful addition.

The seller marked it delivered, however; I have not received this massage chair yet! When a delivery valued at $1,579.89 goes missing it is enough to get my goat. Wal-Mart is only the intermediary with iBooMas who sold the chair through Wal-Mart. Why would they mark the item as having been delivered when it wasn't? Delivery requires a signature and I have no way to find out what happened to the chair I purchased for my husband for his health issues. I will not change the review until I get what I paid for. Note: the Wal-Mart CS staff has been as helpful as they can be, but and they have been very professional, but they don't have the ability to fix this. Awaiting an email from iBooMas.
