amazing chair but for some reason never got the warranty information email

very nice chair. my wife loved. she spends hours in it.

This was a gift for my adult son. These are his statements; He loves the chair and will not return it and finds only the following 'problems'; (1) He has broad shoulders so the upper part of the chair when it pushes on the shoulder muscles it almost causes some pain. (2) chair is not comfortable for smaller built people like the 2 females in the house so chair seems to be for adult male stature only.

Received my chair today and was very excited to get in it. So far, I like the massage options but the control panel is a little finicky. I am very disappointed that the control panel does not light up the different options, only the middle screen that shows whats operating. It's also slightly awkward to get out of it as you sit back in it so much that it's a reach to get out enough to push yourself out of it. Overall, happy to have it and we'll see how well it helps when I've had a tough day of working on something or a rough and busy day at work and my back and feet are killing me.

I've had issues since day one. Called customer service x2, no resolution. Tried to contact Allstate Protection Plan per the CS Rep's instructions, can not make contact either online or by phone

So many bad things about this chair.. hard to list all.. screen was lacking, speakers didn't work, voice command didn't work. Shipping arrived late, chair had big dent in front corner…. Still waiting for refund.. been 10 days since returned….could keep going, do not buy!!

The rating is because of Walmart customer service lying to me. Two times, agents assured me that the delivery firm would bring the chair to my second floor. A third agent told me that I needed to call customer service on the day or arrival and they would call the shipper with these instructions. They were all lies. The chair arrived in a one-many truck and was brought into my garage. It cost me $150 more for a mover to bring it upstairs. The original driver told me I should have specified I wanted this service when I ordered. However, Walmart provided no place to ask for this service, even if there were an additional charge. In sum: Do not trust Walmart. As for the chair, it works fine and can be rough on weak backs.

The chair makes a loud noise while massaging making it hard to relax. It was delivered two days late and it doesnt work properly. I've only had it for two days. I ried to return it but Walmart will not take it back. Not happy after spend about a thousand dollars on this chair. It also does not have tapping and an other features I saw in the descriptions. Im rightly angry about this order.

Unfortunately I received the wrong item, the wrong chair altogether, I ordered the UKEEP chair, but received a chair from BOSSCARE, it wasn't even the right color, it was brown, not black. I have started a return and hope that all goes well since the return doesn't mention that I am returning the BOSSCARE chair and not the chair that shows in this review. I will wait and see what happens. I have included 2 images of the chair I received.

Designed for smaller person. The box was not damaged, however the chaIr has small broken pieces in the box and the bottom plastic left side was cracked. It was packaged well, it had to be packed broken. The chair voice command does not work and she will randomly speak ir make door bell noise. I purchased it for my husband and he did not fit sadly. However, Its very hard on your spine as a female. I would not purchase this item. Go to a showroom and test them out before purchasing. No matter what button you push it does not change the setting, it just starts again.
