Iboomas M109 chair is awesome! Shipment arrived on time and in excellent condition. Unpacking and assembly was very easy. All functions of chair work perfectly. The quality of the chair is exceptional. We love it. I bought this mainly for my wife who has some back and spine issues. She is already reaping the benefits after only a few sessions. The 3 year warranty is second to no one. Year one everything is covered free of charge. My only complaint is Walmart should offer an option for in home delivery. I called the shipping company after I got a delivery date and asked if I could upgrade the delivery to in home delivery . They said I had to go through Walmart. I did a chat online with Walmart and they said they would convey the information to the carrier(which they didn't). I was able to build a temporary ramp and get it into the house. Not everyone has the skills, materials or strength to move this 140lb chair. Please offer an option for in home delivery for future buyers. Despite this, we absolutely love the chair and highly recommend it. Also, Walmart had a better price than anyone else and it shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Seriously a GREAT chair for the money. I sat in a $6500 one prior to this purchase and can say, there's not much difference. The massage really does feel like hands and the heat/zero gravity add to the experience. If you enjoy the deep sleep mode or even just any level of massage, I recommend you tune This Pandora station. It feels and sounds like Heaven.!
I previously bought a massage chair for under $1000, but the experience was very disappointing. The rollers moved in the same small range repeatedly, and I felt pain after sitting for just 5 minutes. It truly showed that you get what you pay for. However, with this new massage chair, I'm impressed by the advanced technology – it's like getting a real massage, following the contours from my neck to my buttock. It covers a much wider area than the cheaper chair, and I absolutely love it!
This massage chair has been amazing! I ordered it as a gift for my husband and it's surpassed all expectations. Delivery was easy and fast. Communication with the delivery company was easy. The chair has been amazing too!
The chair was delivered right on time and well packed and easy to unpack. I have only had it a couple of days and it is more beautiful and relaxing than I expected
really nice budget massage chair. I was reluctant to pay over 5k for a massager from Costco, so when I saw this one with relatively good reviews (very few though, but appears to be real) , and ordered it. delivery was done in two weeks. came as one piece (simple screwing of the screen), plus zipping the faux leather seat. I am only trying the preset automatic settings now and line it. the only thing I don't like is that the legs cannot be extended. works as well as the chairs cost more than 3x.
I purchased this chair as a replacement to a 13 year old $5000 massage chair. This chair is really nice for the price. Lots of control options, can even control from a mobile phone app. I like a deep tissue massage and this chair does a good job at that. The strongest setting may be too hard for some, but the settings are all adjustable. It looks great too. I have it in my office, but this chair looks good enough to put in your family room or bedroom. I got it on an amazing black friday deal. However, I think even at full price this chair is a very nice chair and good value. I can't imagine a high priced chair doing any better of a massage than this chair. Very happy with the purchase.
The description on the title is a 4D Massage so don't be fooled. I thought I was getting a deal in I ended up getting a 3-D massage come to find out that they only described us as a 4d because supposedly The "4D" most refers to the bionic human hand massage effect, which adds varying speeds and rhythms to mimic real human touch. It is not as strong as I wanted it to be and it was not as cheap it was it was supposed to be. Make sure to look at the video to know what you're exactly getting not just what he's describing. The only reason I'm keeping it is because it's too tedious to return and I'm too busy its the m109 that you will receive from seller iboomas
1st off, deducted stars because the customer service is HORRIBLE! Customer service is a huge for me, when I purchase something anywhere. There was a screw, washer %26 nut loose in box, so I was unsure if it came off the chair during the delivery. I contacted customer service %26 still until this day (24 days later after delivery %26 set up) they have not responded %26 I am scared to use the chair in case it belonged somewhere %26 just fell off. Some may be wondering, have I used the chair. Yes I have after a week %26 customer service never got back with me. I should just return it, being customer service sucks. I still might, who knows. It should not take weeks to get back to the customer. Features of chair are pretty nice, just be cautious to reset the intensity before massage, because it starts off with high intensity %26 my sensitive foot was having me, make some pain faces from suffering :-). Also I feel the arm massage could be a lot better %26 positioned differently. Also, the leg massage could have more coverage. But overall for the price, it is worth it, if customer service would be on top of customer concerns.
Walmart doesn't care about customers, only profits. My delivery was through a third party delivery company. The order never arrived and I'm still waiting. The delivery company they use doesn't bother to update me. Walmart has the audacity to write in their website my order was delivered. Never going to spend money at Walmart again.
