The seller was super friendly and helpful when we asked about delivery and how to use the product. The whole family's given it a go, and we're all big fans. Those foot rollers are amazing, and the heating feature is a sweet bonus, especially when it's chilly. Even for a big guy like me (230 lbs), it doesn't feel cramped at all.

This chair comes at an excellent price, has a 3-year warranty, and delivers exactly as promised. My initial experience with it left me thoroughly impressed. Just a tip, don't overuse it on the first day; stick to the recommended usage time. Believe me, you can't go wrong with this incredible product!

Setting it up with two people is a breeze, and even if you're going solo, as long as you follow the instructions, you can't go wrong. In conclusion, this chair looks and feels fantastic. And mind you, this verdict comes after just one week of using it. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

I recently got to unwind with this incredible massager after a day of hardcore yard work. It was a showdown between this massager and the hot tub to ease my sore muscles. The intensity and speed were spot-on for me, rocking the factory settings (though you can tweak them as you like). Just two 20-minute sessions with this gem, and I was back to feeling brand new! Not only did it work wonders, but it was also surprisingly comfy. To my joy, I found out the footrest could stretch out, fitting my much taller teenage grandsons, who instantly became big fans too.

As for the chair, it's super comfy for both me and my hubby. He's a big guy at 230 lbs with wide shoulders, but the chair just gets him – it adjusts automatically. He's really into the neck and shoulder massage, plus the fact that he can dial up the intensity however he wants. You can switch on and off the heat therapy and massage pillows, and the footrest does its thing automatically. Oh, and those foot rollers are like magic. Even the zero gravity mode doesn't need tons of space from the wall, and the stretch massage is a game-changer.

From the moment it arrived at our doorstep, we knew we made a wise investment. The delivery was swift, and while maneuvering the 225 lb box up the stairs posed a bit of a challenge, my wife and I successfully tackled it with the assistance of a come-along tool. If I had to do it again, I'd certainly consider installing an eye-ring at the top of the stairs for smoother transportation. After indulging in the massages, I couldn't resist treating myself to a delightful latte using our reliable Keurig machine downstairs. It genuinely feels like we now have our very own personal spa, a sanctuary where we can escape the daily stresses and simply prioritize self-care.

it started making a popping sound in the middle of a massage

It's super comfy even if you're just using it as a regular recliner without the massage going. The company has been great with keeping us in the loop about the new chair purchase, and they surprised us by delivering it earlier than expected. They gave us all the details about the delivery timing.

Moving the chair upstairs can be a bit tricky since there are no easy-to-grab handles. If you're doing it solo, you'll need a strong person to handle the weight on the lower side. Once on level ground, there are rollers to help with mobility. The product dimensions for the minimum doorway width are accurate, but there's a catch. The chair is just over 30 inches wide, and while you can 'squeeze' it through a 29-inch doorway, it's better to keep the wrapping on until it's through to avoid any paint scrapes. In my case, we had to take our bedroom door off its hinges to get it through a 29-inch doorway.
