We are totally hooked on this chair! It's now a must in our daily routine. My girlfriend and I have owned this chair for a solid two months, and let me tell you, it has totally captured our hearts! There's no better way to relax after a long day than enjoying a luxurious massage while listening to some soothing tunes on the built-in Bluetooth speaker system. It's pure bliss! Without a doubt, we give this chair a perfect five-star rating.

The price is fair, and I didn't have to deal with assembling it because it came fully put together. The app seems to be working well, and the chair itself is easy to move around with the rollers. The customer service has been awesome—they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.

As for the chair, it's super comfy for both me and my hubby. He's a big guy at 230 lbs with wide shoulders, but the chair just gets him – it adjusts automatically. He's really into the neck and shoulder massage, plus the fact that he can dial up the intensity however he wants. You can switch on and off the heat therapy and massage pillows, and the footrest does its thing automatically. Oh, and those foot rollers are like magic. Even the zero gravity mode doesn't need tons of space from the wall, and the stretch massage is a game-changer.

I'm over the moon about how crazy comfy this place is! I'm absolutely in love with it; the whole experience is just fantastic. The host even offered extra amenities, which was such a nice surprise. I can't even put into words how much I enjoyed my stay here – it's just outstanding!

This chair was pretty straightforward to put together with a bit of help. I did run into a slight snag with a couple of tightly screwed screws that needed to be loosened to install the calf rest. Unfortunately, I could only get one of them out, so I had to get creative and slide one end of the calf rest bar into the side with the stubborn screw and then drop it into the other side. One small suggestion for improvement would be to make the cord attached to the remote control a bit longer. Due to my poor eyesight, I had to lean forward to see the remote and make sure I was pressing the right buttons. The back rollers were a tad intense for my preference, but I resolved this by placing a blanket over them for some extra padding. I'm still getting the hang of all the different modes and features on the remote, but overall, I would highly recommend this chair. I just wish I had ordered it sooner.

It's super comfy even if you're just using it as a regular recliner without the massage going. The company has been great with keeping us in the loop about the new chair purchase, and they surprised us by delivering it earlier than expected. They gave us all the details about the delivery timing.

Moving the chair upstairs can be a bit tricky since there are no easy-to-grab handles. If you're doing it solo, you'll need a strong person to handle the weight on the lower side. Once on level ground, there are rollers to help with mobility. The product dimensions for the minimum doorway width are accurate, but there's a catch. The chair is just over 30 inches wide, and while you can 'squeeze' it through a 29-inch doorway, it's better to keep the wrapping on until it's through to avoid any paint scrapes. In my case, we had to take our bedroom door off its hinges to get it through a 29-inch doorway.
