This mascara is the best product on the market and Walmart gives the best price, by far! It's the only brand of mascara that I will buy!

I'm sure it's nice Mascara, but it isn't Waterproof which is what I needed/wanted due to allergies and teary eyes. It said Waterproof but it's not, they must've sent the wrong one. It is disappointing, as I was excited to receive it.
