Works very well. Well made. Gauge seems pretty accurate. I bought it for an item that uses 1 lb. propane bottles with a large 40 llb. Bottle. It was very touchy and pressure and volume had to be just right. Did the job and it works for me. If you are not knowledgeable in propane and gad burners. Be sure to have a qualified person help. If the pressure is all that you need it's pretty easy. But working with burners, pressure, air mix, and flow volume volume should be done by a professional.
Very good, only one I could find for a 30 lb tank.
Works well at low pressure like1-2 PSI.

i bought me a burner but it does not come with a connector，so i bought this one. it is very convenient because the regulator， hose and adapter all in one that i need. great quality and reasonable price.
The pressure gauge comes with the hose makes it convenient comparing to the one I had w/o one. Durable so far with no problem by rather frequent usage. I just put it in storage for the season I assume it would still work well next year
