The camera worked great the first month. Very clear pictures easy to use. But second month it stopped working, sent numerous text to support they responded quickly. Could not get it working so I'm returning it.

Camera worked great for two months and then suddenly deleted itself off the app and would not sync back up. Did all the troubleshooting steps and reached out to customer service so far no response.

Worked great during the trial period then it shut down and was unable to add service. went back and forth with customer service to no avail. customer service takes days to respond. horrible customer service. good camera everything else sucks!! do not buy from this company!!

Seem to have a problem with the cameras, AT%26T is asking for a serial number and that was never provided. Cameras came with the SIM card as well as the memory card installed already, box or camera does not provide the necessary information to connect them. Also they do not inform you that you need to connect them with a carrier in order to get the service and be able to see the camera

Stopped working after 2 months, and can't even connect it since it started asking to buy subscription to continue with the usage! Defined that what I was looking for! Sadly I wasted my money in it
