Didn't realize that this is the same dash cam I have on my other car that i bought about 4 years ago. But when i opened it i was pleasantly surprised. So am reviewing this based on my 4 year old dash cam as i didnt had this one for a long time. One of the reasons i was looking for mirror dash cam is that the rear cam provides a very good blind spot view, so i no longer have to turn my head back to look for blind spots. also it does a very good job of capturing number plates when other vehicles are close. Has a small battery which allows it to work a s parking monitor. I also like the added GPS which shows speed on the recorded videos which could be handy in certain situations. All in all this is a great dash cam that does a very good job of recording videos and doubles up as a blind spot monitor.

this is a really nice dash, cam and rear view camera combo. I really enjoy the voice commands and the video quality is pretty good too. The things I don't like about it is that you cannot change the brightness of the screen and there's no option to flip the orientation of the rear view camera.
Nothing but a power hog. It drained my battery overnight! What, you got to unplug this thing when you're done with it!? My other one, I actually hardwired with no problems.
