even though i've not started using it I think i love it, i will recommend to anyone who want something like that. I turn it on and I love it, I'm now going to print my first shipping barcode to see the quality

Giving it the benefit of the doubt due to all of the other positive reviews, but I could not get it to work with my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. Downloaded drivers from the website, installed, and when I tried to use it, it kept telling me that the drivers were not installed. My laptop was completely updated before the attempted installation, so I'm returning it and purchasing a different brand to see if the issue was this printer or my laptop.

I needed some tech support, and NEVER got a response after multiple attempts. Walmart has gotten too big for their britches, and they continue to allow 3rd party vendors that are so unprofessional, have questionable business practices and horrible support.
