I was surprised at how much smaller the unit was but it works just makes a lot of noise when it starts up
Very lightweight easy to carry around however it leaks. I set it up the day prior. We worked fine. I woke up this morning and water was at the bottom of the water dispenser. Not sure why. The cold water is cold and the hot water is hot. Since it's new, it does have that plastic taste from the straw. Not sure how long it will last with that odor but it's a decent water cooler/dispenser. Just need to figure out how to stop the leaking
This water cooler is beautiful but works less than great. The paddles to press to get water are thin and cheaply produced. only about 10 oz of water is cooled or heated at a time.
Cooler is not cooling water not working properly I called customer service and there giving me the round around and they still haven't resolved the issue
The cold side does not make the water cold
This is a beautiful thing. But after 3 months the water started to taste like plastic. I contacted the seller and asked how can I clean this because water tastes like plastic. They answered, said the tubes are plastic so it's normal for the water to Smell like plastic, they didn't answer the fact that it Tastes like plastic. So today I ran bleach water through the machine. Rinsed it well enough it stopped smelling like bleach. But it still tastes like plastic. I can't drink this! And it's past the warranty, so I have this machine that cost over a hundred dollars and what do I do with it? It's useless. I'm bummed and angry.
It stopped producing cold water within the first two weeks. When I emailed the seller they asked me to take off the back and check the connections. This was purchased for my 84 year old grand mother.
I bought this as a gift delivered to my sister. she is very good are assembling things but said she cannot the controls to work. They did not really enclose instructions she said. I also purchased a 3 year warranty. What does she need to do?
The only thing I didn't like about it that they didn't provide the light 💡 bulbs with it which i think that makes it really unprofessional for the price of 120 it would been nice if there was light bulbs included
Excellent concept but this is horrible. Very cheap. I'll stick to the traditional water dispenser.
