great product, hot water is steaming hot, cold water could be a little colder for my liking, but it is fine.

So far so good! It's light weight and give cold water and super hot water. Just make sure to flush it out before use ;or you could get small plastic pieces in your cup.

Dispenses water very slowly, much slower than previous units I've owned. The advertisement said it dispenses hot, cold and room temperature water. Only dispenses room temperature water if the cold or hot settings are turned off. The add was misleading as one of the reasons I purchased the unit was to have a three temperature capability.

when I brought it i didn't realize it was a top load, i wanted a bottom load for easy exchange when I need to put a new water bottle but now I just don't refill my bottles too much as it is heavy to load

Machine does not provide warm or Hot water. I was told you would refund. However this was put on a mono payment to me and it was financed by then. They are making me make payments when you said your company would refund payment. I bought extra warranty and You guys refunded payment. Please look into who financed this machine and pay them. I brought extra warranty and I get nothing.
