Works great if all the parts are sent
This is shipped from a third party, not Walmart! I only got the pen part but none of the 5 different heads. Walmart is unable to contact this seller about replacement but Walmart was great and offered to give me a partial credit or a full refund. The item itself works really well...just works much better when all the parts are sent.

For $6 don't expect much. It also does NOT include batteries so you better have them on hand

Junk
Put brand new batteries in it (they were good). It worked, then didn't work, then worked, then didn't. Not worth sending back. Took the new batteries out. Threw the unit away. Kept the different tips that fit an old one I have (different maker).
