Very simplistic and easy to put together. Directions on putting together are lacking. Lightweight and folds up. Wish it had a carrying bag for it. I did all the exercises that came with it. There's not that many so I looked up exercises on YouTube. Wish the tiny pamplet came with a website recommendation for finding more exercises. When it is unfolded, it doesn't lock in place so YouTuber recommends putting a mat under it. Doesn't lock in place when folded up either. It will get a lot of use regardless of the cons. I could feel the exercises working.
