5% Nascent Iodine Liquid Drops Thyroid Support Supplement 2oz

I returned this product, I meant to purchase the 2% and accidentally purchased 5%. In saying that I use Lugol's 2% everyday and it is a very good product.

Product was delivered as promised and is what I ordered.

I like this is the strong 5% solution . Came packaged well and received it on time

if you know the difference between nascent and the other stuff. i use both. good brand.

I have tried via phone and email to cancel this order I have not succeeded. the Walmart app told me that I had not yet ordered it because it was still in my cart. so I reordered it. I don't want another bottle the first bottle was faulty, it leaked and will not close properly. they wanted a picture sent which would show nothing because it's black. I told them to cancel the second bottle because I never wanted it in the first place it was a malfunction of the Walmart app.

Wrong size dropper was included with shipment. The glass dropper was too long and the tip broke off inside the bottle when I attempted to screw it on. Not happy.

Is there a secret way to open this bottle that I'm not seeing? Cannot even open bottle to use, so am unable to rate it except for the lowest possible rating. I would be happy to give an updated and better rating if I could use it! Would appreciate some help.......Jo
