Glutemine is a supplement that I use so least twice a day and 5% makes a good product. The price is reasonable and the shipping is always quick and reliable.

It really don't have a taste, it smells like chocolate for some reason to me. Definitely feel and see the recovery time cut in half. I always use the recommended dose with my protien
