I add this to my ADYM shred . Can't even taste it. The dose is small , very small scooper. I really like the selection of supplements they have to offer. I really wish they would bring Immune Defender back too.

L-Glutamine 5000 is one of the best out there on the market! Helps with recovery time and there is no taste so you can mix it with pretty much anything. They do a great job of packing your products.

This product definitely helps with recovery. I great quality and quantity in one container. The taste was not too great by itself but if you mixed it with your BCAAs you cannot even taste it.
