Perfect formula for my pre workout drink, it pushes me through my workouts. At first I was worried about the 400 MG of caffeine was going to be too much but after a week of drinking half a bottle the next week I was able to drink the whole bottle with no issues. AWESOME PRODUCT!!!!!!

I mix this in with some other drinks or just sip some of it, it's pretty strong on its own.
