Best tasting most effective way to gain size with great quality complex carbohydrates that doesn't spike your blood sugar is so delicious I could drink it all day long you feel a great fullness for more than two three hours after taking it

Yams are the power that be
Rich's first product, and the first you should incorporate into your routine. Having post-workout fast acting complex carbs with your protein (doesn't matter what kind) will take your absorption and recovery next level. Also, it's got little chunks of oats in it, and I like that for texture in the shake.

Deliciousness in a tub
I don't notice an energy boost with this product but others have in their reviews amd more power to them. This is perfect breakfast combo with my oatmeal amd it taste delicious. Perfect scenario would be if they made 5lb tubs but I will keep buying this because it is that delicious!!
