I have been using the product for about 4 years now and love it.

The Italian ice flavor is great stuff when the water you're drinking is ice cold. I've been hitting the weights really hard this month I am chasing big numbers on my lifts before the year ends.Adding BCAAs into the mix insurances me that I am fueling my body after tough training sessions.

I enjoy the flavor, but I need to dilute it with a ton of water because it's overly. I typically just use half the bag in my jug to strike the right sweetness balance. If you use the entire bag, you'd need a gallon of water to tone down the sweet intensity. I cannot understand why they always make them so, sweet.

was kinda curious about this one, since i love the sweet southern tea one. after pouring one into a bottle and trying it, i found it quite tasty but a little strong. No matter. It was delicious.

The flavor is awesome and it makes the perfect drink. I hope they keep this going and add more flavors in the future this product hits the mark for sure

Flavour is excellent and the convenience of single serving stick packs make it convenient when gym sessions run a little longer than anticipated. I always make sure to have a few packed in my gym bag.
