Great product especially if you stack with the probiotic. They realize that gut health is important not only to keep you regular if you are eating a lot of food but also for your immune system.

This is the first digestion enzyme I've taken. That being said, I feel this product has helped with bloating within my midsection area.. Also, as my bloating as gone down, I feel more regular on a #2 cycle. TMI, Sorry!!

This has been a good product for me. I was having some gas and bloating issues after one of my meals later in the day and this supplement has eliminated that issue.

In terms of digestion I haven't noticed much difference. Maybe slightly less bloat when I eat carbs now, but results jsut haven't been there yet. I will update my review at a later date should anything amazing happen.
