I ordered from them the 5 oz Elemetal USA 250th Anniversary Shaped Silver Bar .999 Fine and wired $310 ,this is a brand new coin that was minted in the states this year 2026 to commorate america 250 anniversary . I got a sealed coin that has dirt and yellow bloches on it making it look really ugly ,this is meant to be given as a present to my son . I asked them for a replacement and they replied that this defect is expected during production and does not affect the value of the coin !!!! As if esthetics does not matter! In good faith I wired them money money and expected a brand new producted minted in 2026 to present it as a present to my son .If I was shopping in their store I would have not picked up a dirty coin. And if the value is the same why don't they keep the ugly coin and give me a new one?!!!!. This is the third time I ordered this same item from them and it was spottless and that is the only reason why I bought it again . This 5 oz bar was mint this year 7/26 ,there is no reason for me to accept it looking like that 1-this is not a secondary market , 2-this is not an open item it is sealed 3- this is not a used item 4-it was not cheap 5-this is not an old coin I am giving it as a present and I need a presentable item Their reply is a shame to anyone who knows customer service ,NO NAME ,NO CONTACT INFO and no resolution The reply is not proportionate with the size of the company or the wrong it did me. I feel cheated AND RIPED OFF and need a replacement.
