5 Pack - ChapStick, Classic Medicated Lip Balm 0.15oz Each

I have really bad skin around my lips, like literally have cream from the doctors for it, and this Chapstick is literally the only thing that works and helps, I've been using it for years and it's actually a life saver! (But I'm from England and theyve stopped selling it over here so I'll have to get back to trying to find something else that works this well:()

This provides you instant results in a good way and when I say instant I mean instant, I have the most Chapped lips in the world and my lips keep peeling a lot and this, I just use at night and wake up with Healthy lips and im worry free for the rest of the day. It's magic.

I guess it took a while, but my lips have started to hate the "Classic spf 15" ChapStick. Over the past month my lip corners started cracking and haven't let up. It sucks. I don't know what to do now? I'm at a loss.

After over 20 years, they changed the formula and there's a huge difference. This is the ONLY lip balm I can use. I can't use lipsticks, gloss or any other so called medicated lip balms. Now I see I can't even find it! I believe they replaced it with a new moisture balm. Not okay!!! Stop messing with out lips!

WHY would you change the formula? I've used this every single night for 20+ years. The new formula is oily and thin and just weird. No thanks. Bye, Chapstick.

Something has changed and I will not be purchasing anymore. I've used daily for 40 yrs or more and suddenly the consistency is different and does nothing for my lips, almost making my lips worse. If this is their way of getting us to use more product for same results it's backfired. Very very dissatisfied. Will be finding a new brand.

New ingredients have absolutely destroyed my lips. Always chapped, cracked the corners of my mouth, bumps below my lips? And leaves a terribly wax coating that lasts for days.

This new formula is terrible. I've been using medicated chapstick for years, it was the only thing that worked for my dry lips. I could actually feel it absorb into my lips while everything else just surfaces it. Now with this new formula it's doing the same as everything else, it's not working like it used to. It doesn't matter how many times a day I apply it my lips aren't getting moisture and stays dry, I don't know what to do anymore. This was the only product that worked.

It is hard to find words to express my disappointment in this 'new formula.' I have been purchasing Chapstick Medicated since 1998 because of the quality and fantastic results but will no longer purchase until the original formula is returned. I have wasted money on this new product and now need to waste more money until a suitable replacement is found. The taste is disgusting on my lips and the results I used to see are no longer there. It's a shame that you are willing to lose so many long-time loyal customers by completely changing this product. I'm hoping OraLabs has a suitable replacement.

I am INCREDIBLY upset you changed the formula! So upset I literally came to leave a review. I have been using for YEARS!!! I can not believe the formula for chapstick Medicated was changed!!! This is so upsetting because nothing else worked for me. Not in 12 or 13 years have I ever even bought a different brand. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK ! For the love of God. I would give 5 Stars On everything for the other formula.
