The Best Al Pastor Tacos
This ingredient is pivotal to making the perfect Al Pastor taco. I was actually surprised that Walmart carried this and am so glad they do, as it very reasonably priced. I make a lot of Mexican dishes with it. It's not spicy and really adds a unique element of flavor to each dish. I wholly recommend you marinade your meat in it for a few hours. I usually take pineapple, a whole block if this product, guajillo chiles, onion, water and some chicken bouillon, add to a blender and use the paste or marinade to coat the meat. It's so delicious!!!

Smells Amazing!!!
This stuff is awesome!!! It came two boxes in an order and has that authentic Mexican flavor that's perfect to marinate your meat in. Each box has one big brick in it that's the consistency of play doh, and you break off the size you need. It smells amazing and I can't wait to use it!

Used as a spice/addition to all kinds of food…to add color…especially Spanish food! Great value for the money…always fresh tasting too…this form is easy to use/add to your meal!
