The directions state to remove the cap and not to dip past the X or to completely submerge. Neither things were clear in the directions and I feel like I have wasted two tests not understanding directions that are not clear to me.

Review: I received these drug test kits already expired when they were delivered (expiration date was March 1, 2026 and they were delivered March 6, 2026). Since these are testing products, expiration dates are important for accuracy and reliability. I had to contact customer service immediately and process a return the same day I received them. While customer service did approve the refund, the only compensation offered was a $25 promo code that requires a $45 purchase to use. This means I would have to spend additional money to receive a discount for an issue that was completely out of my control. That did not feel like a fair resolution. Buyers should double-check expiration dates when ordering these types of products online.

VERY unreliable. took one had 4 lines, took another had no lines, third had all of the lines 😒 nothing had changed in between me taking these things so no wouldn't recommend

Did t read correctly

Tests were fine I'm sure. 3rd party seller. Came a week after delivery window. No longer needed them. Kept getting delayed in shipping emails. Bought some in a store because these were not delivered yet. Can't return these. They don't allow a return. Don't waste your money
