[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goody's Cool Orange Extra Strength Headache Powders are my go to cure for any headaches that spring up. The relief is faster than other medications in capsual form. I have no negative side effects such as sour belly that I have gotten from other OTCs. The powder's orange flavor is quite tasty. Not overly sweet and it actually tastes like oranges. The packets are easy to open, the mix does not clump up. I have tried the powder in both juice and water, both are equally effective and tasty. I want to try it with tea next time.

I don't think it knocked out the pain any quicker either. I use as little water as possible to dissolve the mix into so for me, the taste is a little tart and has a strong orange flavor but I imagine that's necessary to cover the bitterness of the medicine.

The original flavor, however, was horrible and bitter. This new orange flavor is SO much better. It isn't bitter, and the cooling aspect gives it a headstart on my headaches.

And when I mean painful I'm talking bout the ones u can't even turn ur head without pain kicking in. But every time I grab a goodies u better believe it works right away. I love them and Carrie them every where.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my first headache again after receiving this in the mail a couple days ago... that time of the month brings on a strong one that was pounding right in front of my forehead between and over the eyes. I do have to say that I didn't want this to be my first time trying this and I was going to skip it and take a regular pill. Let me start off by saying I HATE anything in powder forms and it kinda freaked me out that you just pour it in your mouth and let it melt... So, since I needed an honest review - I gave it a try. I dislike orange flavors but It was the best option to try. I had to plug my nose and get it down fast. But it had kinda an okay taste - better than other BC powders. I had to hurry and wash it down with water and get the taste out of my mouth because I don't think anyone truly enjoys letting medicine sit in their mouth for flavor. But I do say that this worked pretty well I want to say that my headache was gone within the hour and I have really Hard headaches to pass usually I have to take prescription medicine and pass out for the night. This helped solved the issue within time. I gave it 4 stars because it worked - yes, but the idea of powder grosses me out and Id rather just take a pill.

I think the caffeine really helped me get through the day and the headache did not come back. The packaging is very convenient to keep in your purse.

Within 15 mins I was feeling relief from my headache. I will definitely put a few in my bag to keep on hand.

There is quite a bit of product in the pack (maybe 2 inches long, .5 inches wide). It's a little hard to open where it says to, but it is possible. Scissors are probably better. Let me save your life: don't pour this on the side of your cheek, while the wind is blowing, in front of a fan, or all at once. You will choke and blow out a poof of orange powder. The part I DO like about this medicine is that it is very easy to take if you can't swallow pills. If you can though, just know this doesn't taste like oranges and doesn't go down smoothly. Skip it.
