Two bars come in one pack. These are great to start a morning if you are running out of the house or need something small before you hit the gym. Typically, have one early in the morning because I need something, then have the second one an hour or so later.

Best price I've found. These are one of the healthiest breakfast biscuits I've tried. The apple cinnamon is subtle and delicious. They are a good of grains. adequate fiber and protein.

It does a pretty good job for ,I use for a snack.They keep you from an emergency of getting sick because eating less food.They taste like oatmeal cookies.I like oat meal cookies.

I do live on these and I am too lazy to make my own. Great apple flavor and I tell ya, the longer you chew a bit, the profile changes. Like at first it's a standard apple granola bar but then it changes into a warm apple pie.. but keep on chewing that same bite and you end up with warm apple and cinnamon oatmeal. I am not making this up, try it!

Great healthy snack for anytime of the day for a good price! I love that is has more protein than a normal granola bar but would be nice to be less caloric so I only eat half for breakfast. The flavor is taste as described. I would recommend especially for those who are on the go.

The product is great and would get great ratings if they were fresh! They are stale most of the time! I am VERY pleasantly surprised %26 pleased when I get soft bars! This is my preferred breakfast with a cup of tea, I can't look at breakfast foods in the morning and just need a little something before taking my morning vitamins! I would be happy to give a 5 star rating when they ensure freshness!

The KIND, Gluten Free, Apple Cinnamon, Breakfast Protein Bars were VERY hard and seemed stale, but it was not close to the expiration date!!
