BEANS FROM HEAVEN !!!
Mayocoba (or Peruvian/Canary) are the aristocrat of all beans. They are all at once tasty, creamy and literally melt in your mouth. Even without any sauce they can be eaten alone with perhaps just a touch of butter. For whatever reason they've been somewhat unavailable during the pandemic and they're finally back. Try them- you won't be sorry.
