I take 10 mg of melatonin every night. I sometimes have a hard time shutting off my brain when I'm trying to sleep so I make sure to take this around half an hour before I plan on going to bed. Taking this has definitely improved my quality of sleep.

Natures Bounty Melatonin 10 mg is amazing product. I am joyful to be able to taking these vitamins. They help me sleep so well. I take right before I am about to shut my eyes and boom I am asleep. I like how quickly the natures bounty 10 mg melatonin kick in. It is great and easy to take. I do wish it helped me to stay asleep all night, but I am happy at how quickly it helps me to fall asleep. I would definitely recommend to others who need a sleep aid that is not addictive.

I have the most trouble falling asleep and have since I was a teenager. I've used sleeping aid as an adult and this really does help! If I take it and stay off electronics, it knocks me out within 30 minutes. My downfall is I can't stay off my phone though!
