More dietetic than angel hair pasta

Anonymous October 7, 2025

I've moved to mung bean thin string instead of angel hair pasta, because it's higher in protein and fiber, but lower in carbs and starches. I prefer thin or angel hair pasta or noodles because I prefer the taste of the sauce and toppings and wish to avoid bread, bread pastas, and wheat. I've used this specific item for about 2 years now.

Perfect Mung Bean Noodles!

Nora July 1, 2025

perfect thread noodles! I soaked them for 10 minutes before cooking them, and they stayed nice and al dente after being stored on the fridge. Mung bean noodles stay soft as you store them, unlike the rice thread noodles that dry out.

These are a family fav. No boiling

Momma August 3, 2025

These noodles make dinner so fast, healthy, and easy! I love how quickly they cook—just soak and they're ready in minutes. They're light, gluten-free, and perfect for soups, stir-fries, or cold noodle salads. Great pantry staple for quick meals that still feel homemade. Definitely keeping these stocked!

Peas and corn not mung bean/green bean

Pin August 29, 2025

Misleading : this product is not bean noodle. It made from peas starch and corn starch. But I still like it though.

Taco Noodles made from CORN not mung bean

Michelle January 4, 2026

It's possible that someone else might like these, but they are not what I was looking for. In my experience, Bean Thread noodles are made from mung beans and sometimes pea flour. These look very similar except that they smell like tacos because they are made from Pea 🫛 Flour and corn 🌽 flour. and that's not what I was looking for. If I want to eat a taco 🌮, I will eat a taco I don't want my noodles to taste like tacos!! I was being lazy and wanted them to be delivered to my door, and not have to go to the Asian market. Unfortunately they are nothing like what I'm used to. So I had to go to the Asian market after all. I tried but everything tasted like corn/taco- NOT what I was looking for.
