This 5-tier metal rack was pretty easy to assemble thanks to the simple instructions. The four bottom columns can be installed with either wheels or adjustable leveling feet, which is a nice and flexible option. It was packaged very well and arrived without any damage, except for a small paint chip on the end of two poles. Each shelf is fairly heavy, which makes the whole rack feel sturdy and good quality. Once assembled, the shelves lock nicely into place and feel very stable overall. 😊

Castors are smooth especially for the weight of them!! They are above average, they handle the weight with the shelves loaded. Its been a long time that we purchased anything that has gone over our expectations!!! Very proud and pleased!! We bought 2 then and are purchasing 2 more tonight. Before we purchased our first ones we automatically checked Lowes, our go to store for stuff like these shelves and they were a lot more money and not as well built and sturdy as ours are. So proud we bought them from Walmart. We will tell everyone about them whether they need them or not!! Thank Walmart and Sams for having these shelves for us to purchase!! Wendell and Gina Farlow

Firstly, small print instructions to assemble. Secondly, two shelves has dents, which is the most disappointing. Good thing it did not affect when upon. Hopefully strong enough to.hold heavy weights.

Assembly more difficult than it needed to be due to very poor instructions. They need to be printed larger with heavier print and with more detail. I watched the instructions video. Poorly done, so fast and music but no one talking and explaining what they were doing. I watched it three times and picked up on a couple of things I had already done wrong while struggling with written instructions. Also, the product is pictured silver which I would prefer. I got black. It does seem as though it will be sturdy enough for my needs. I will have to wait till I finish getting it together and how it is when I place items on it before I determine if I want to buy any more of them.

Seems sturdy enough, but it was incredibly hard to assemble. The plastic clips that the shelves slip over to keep them in place are too small. When we tried to put them on the vertical poles they popped right off because they don't fit together properly. We've assembled many racks but never as difficult as this one.

The item advertised and what I purchased was a heavy duty unit with 4 support stringers on each shelf. What I received was a lighter duty unit with only 3 support stringers per shelf. It was clearly indicated in the description to have 4 supports and was not what I received. THOROUGHLY disappointed in these failures to supply the correct item.

This item was advertised as 'Heavy Duty' with an advertised capacity of 3200lbs. Both claims are patently FALSE. After assembly I transferred some seedling plants to this 'Heavy Duty' shelving system and I was shocked as each of the shelves drooped drastically under 25lbs of load weight. I really question how little it would take to collapse this thing under load. DO NOT BUY!!! If you're going to believe this to be a 'Heavy Duty' shelving system you are kidding yourself. I'm highly disappointed.

Package arrived damaged with bent and broken components inside making it difficult or impossible to put together.

I have 3 wire shelf units that I've used for years to grow pollinator perennial plants from seed, indoors in the winter. I thought all wire shelf units were the same, but boy was I wrong! This unit is VERY flimsy, not up to the task of 4 10"x20" seed flats. The shelves are bowing/bending under the "weight"... and they don't really weigh much! If you put anything other than pillows and down sleeping bags on this, it's going to bend.
