5" x 7" Small Format Print

I ordered glossy prints for photo/scrapbook. They arrived on time and the size I ordered was correct. However, I was totally unprepared for the product I received. The print color was lack luster. They were not bright - not one. They were very dull compared to Picta CVS. Not happy.

All of my 5x7 order was cropped for no reason. One of them even cropped off part of a head rather than the bottom, but the image did not need cropping anyway. I did not want any of my images cropped and they didn't need to be cropped to fit . They really need to stop using AI and give this job back to a human.

my first batch, 11 out of 20, the white printed lettering didnt print clear. it was blurry and hard to read. so i had to reorder 10. which was irritating. no way to return or refund. just purhcase a new batch... really annoying. (please replace your ink for printing when its low)

I ordered prints of beautiful, professional, digital photos to be framed and gifted to family members, but the quality of the photos was extremely disappointing. We had pictures from a bright, tropical setting and the prints we received were all dark and shadowy and hard to make-out. My order was a waste of time and money, as I'll need to get them printed again with another photo shop.

The order was delivered uncovered in the normal paper envelope and left on the porch in the rain. the delivery personnel clearly knew it would be raining for 3 straight days and did not even attempt to protect the pictures. shame on you walmart. I'm an employee and this delivery driver should be dismissed

I've ordered many good prints from Walmart photo service %26 this 5x7 would have been no exception, except for the unthinking (probably untrained as well) employee that put my print in a too small envelope, folded the flap improperly %26 too far up, then promptly placed the glue seal across the face of my photo. Come on Walmart. You have to do a better job training %26 explaining the proper use of adhesive envelopes. Need to use the correct size for the job. Wasted my time %26 money, and store %26 employee resources. This is one small mistake in an ocean of costly mistakes. The staff in photo were clueless about how to fix the issue. Wanted me to wait 30 mins for someone to come back from break. No. Got a refund at customer service, but now I have to reorder %26 hope it doesn't happen again.

They never arrived. It has been marked as arrived, but they are nowhere to be found. I live in an apartment with mail room and mail lockers. FedEx marked as delivered but no picture was taken and I did not get a note with locker code for pick up. I have order twice and this has happened both times. Will not recommend or use this company again when ordering 5x8.

I spent a lot of time making sure these were cropped correctly online. But these look horrible, heads cut off, bottom text gone, too zoomed in and blury. why? I'm so tired of getting stuff like this from Walmart. Can no one do a quality check before shipping out? Then to get a refund I have to drive all the way there. They were delivered, come pick them back up if you messed them up!! instead of wasting more of my time. 😤

most of these pictures are horrible! my original are perfect but the prints i ordered are off center, they have feet or heads cut off and some are hazy! unbelievable! never use them again! big mistake!

The invitations were nice but no envelopes came with the prints . So I had to order envelopes separate which was an additional cost. Too expensive without envelopes .
