Excellent Customer Support and Great Value
This is a good price for this length of rope lighting. I didn't need the remote so when I received it with a damaged remote control, I contacted the seller and didn't expect much. A few weeks later, the lights quit working and when I contacted the seller again, he immediately sent out a new remote and adapter and the lights are working great now. The remote is also very handy. It is nice to know that people stand behind their products and quickly respond to make it right.

decent value
50 ft of waterproof lighting for < $40 was a great deal. The remote is good for about 2 feet away though.

Good but could be better
Lighting is very good, however the connectors were not very secure. Requires the customer to secure them prior to use.

4 Months Later and Half The Lights Are Dead
This product has been in use (outdoors) for only 4 months and already half the lights in the rope no longer work. Very disappointed.

Happy in'22, unhappy"23
Purchased 2 sets in 2022 and loved them, decided to get an additional set this year, received a set with a defective connector box, returned %26 reorder and received a second set that also had a defective connector box. Called %26 texted customer service number and still waiting on reply!

Ac adapter and remote broke before I was able to get all the lights hung. Worked fine when testing it out of the box, but shorted out immediately when finally plugged in

Useless unless you have outlets every 50 ft
The lights lit up in the various modes, look great around the house, price was reasonable, BUT the description specifically says: "4. Maximum Linkable Footage: 150ft " and there are no directions on how to 'link' or 'connect' the ropes into the length of 150 ft'. So buying more than 1 length of 50 ft is useless, or you have outlets every 50 ft around your whole house. I want to know how these things CONNECT together...
