This heater is so sleek and slender. Takes up hardly any space! I put it in negative space on a console table and it's perfect! The heat it provides, even at only 70 degrees is amazing. So many,pretty colors and brightness features. Best of all, there's an app you can download and control it with!

Absolutely have loved this fireplace for atmosphere. It hasn't gotten cold enough yet for heat so I can't comment on that.

I purchased this for help with hearing basement rec area . It's sleek, it pushes heat and is perfect for relaxing and comfort. Will purchase another

I love the app and the being able to cycle between 15 different color combinations. It has many features. It also comes with a remote but the app works much better than the remote.

Fireplace arrived quickly. We really liked it, however, once my husband pointed out the imperfection I now can't unsee it (a small rectangle shaped part of the screen in the top right corner is black and not the same as the rest of it). Seems to have been damaged from packing material and shipping. I reached out to the seller and have not heard back. Planning to return it.

The fireplace looks nice although it doesn't put out much heat at all. It doesn't even warm a bathroom. My construction workers have already installed this into my wall. If it were not for that, then I would've already returned it. I guess I'm just stuck with it looking pretty.

I should've read the reviews before purchasing!!!! Plugged it in for the first time and only one side lights up !! Not happy with wasting $200 dollars on defective merchandise, but it's my bad for buying it without seeing the reviews. Off to Goodwill I go !

Only half of my fireplace lit up. When I called their service line, I waited in line for 30 minutes to be disconnected. I then called again and left a voicemail and never heard back from them. They left a email address so I tried to contact that and again never heard anything back.

If I could rate this fireplace a zero I would. First the directions that came with the fireplace are wrong. I had to call customer support for assistance. Second, I thought I was purchasing an infrared fireplace that is quiet well this fireplace is definitely not quiet it is a blower. Third, in the picture the fire looks real once you get it that is not the case. I do not have the brand that I thought I was purchasing. Never buy a product like this again from Walmart.
