I just came home and the delivery person left the box in front of my door which fine but when I checked the box, it was damaged. Please see the photos under the comment.

Good value for money but material is a little thin so some people use 2 cups so the heat does not come through on their hands.

They sent me different brand cups, 'Broadwalk' which is cheaper than 'Karat'
