Ease of use
Ramp was easy to put together and was exactly is great for what we need. It is as described in terms of size/capacity. Only drawback is picture in manual showed a rail which would have made it easier to lift and lower the carrier. However it will get good use!

Better than expected
Everything arrived as represented. Easy to assemble. Used it for transporting an Industrial AVG demo. Works extremely well.

Terrible quality
The tilt ramp is missing the aluminum block for the release handle to go in. I have to turn it up and hold it in place with a tie down. Ramp wobbles on bolt holding it in place. Not worth the money spent!
