50,000 BTU Grill and Griddle Combo, 702 SQ.IN Cooking Space, Non-Stick Porcelain Enamel Grates, for Backyard BBQ, Outdoor Cooking

The good: This combo is exactly what I was looking for: it has good sized cooking surfaces, it's not too big or heavy, and it's reasonably sturdy. I've used a few times with good results, only the griddle side so far, which worked great and I expect the grill side to perform the same way. The veggies and seafood were excellent. The bad: Shipping was a disaster, the package had suffered damage, had been retaped and it had numerous tears. I decided to keep it hoping that that the insides had survived. They did for the most part. There were some scratches and dents but nothing that affected the functionality of the unit. There were no instructions, very frustrating! A QR code was included but the link was broken. After some research, I found a very short video online and after many stops and rewinds, I was able to put it together. Like I said, very frustrating. The excellent: I called the toll free number included in the packaging to complain about my situation, and much to my surprise I received a response, explained my problems, and I was asked to send pictures of the packaging and the dents and scratches on the assembled unit. Because I chose to keep the unit, I was offered a sizable discount on the purchase which I accepted, and that made it an even better deal. I'm surprised and glad how this turned out, and I commend TCISA on their customer service. A little late but did send me a detailed PDF with instructions. With good shipping and instructions this combo is worth five stars.

Looks nice picture but very cheap made wobbles not worth money my old piece crap is better than this but had use it cook out or would've been sent back bad part ordering online u have no idea til u get it notice junk save your money not worth dollar and no instructions that really horrible cheap made can't send instructions people save your money junk

Still cannot put it all together. It does not have instructions very poor rating because it's unusable, without the instructions to finish assembling It has been months, and it's just sitting there unused because of that.

It's not US made so should've known what to expect. It's nice to have the grill and flat surface heated by propane and the size of each side is pretty good but the materials are cheap and are going to rust easy as it already has done and we've used it once since Memorial Day. We take care of our God given things so it's been covered, but…. I should've known.

The directions for putting this together are terrible! We had the hardest time hooking up the igniter to the single burner and there are NO directions as to where to find it!!

side burner doesn't hook up right and not a very good drip route for grease! Contacted the manufacturer and they promised to send a part but never did!

When I bought this the price was unbeatable. I was a bit skeptical if a combination of modem and router was a good idea. After reading a lot of very good reviews and talking with several people who are very familiar with these products, including one who works for a major cable company, I bought this unit, and very happy I did. I save the cost of the cable company's lease cost for the modem and it has a very good router. I have a lot of things that need a good, fast system, after 2 weeks I am well pleased and impressed with the performance, plus I now have a good spare router I can use to set my daughter up with a wireless system. The installation is not difficult if you take your time and follow very good instructions in the proper order. So far I'm very happy with this unit, I highly recommend the available extended warranty Walmart has available.

This cable modem has all the bells and whistles. I wanted a modem AND router with wi-fi so I could cut down on clutter and get everything in one package. This modem is more expensive than comparable modems for DSL however. I was switching over from DSL to Cable and this product fit the bill for me even if it was a bit pricier than I would have wished. The installer hooked up the power and cable to it and off it went. I didn't even have to run the disk that came with it. I went into the modem and changed the default password and turned on the wi-fi, found the code to get my phone online and was good to go.

I have had several interent modems and this model is by far the best, with it's integrated router. At least with Charter I know, with the disk provided, it installs itself onto their system, no waiting for their techs to come on and try and tell you that you can't use your own modem, you just have to call the sales dept to get their overpriced cheap quality modem removed from your account and return it to them. NEVER had to reset this one like seemed to be a daily routine with the one from cable co. It "searches" for a signal about every 20 seconds and reestablishes connection on its own. No restarting/rebooting anything. This is my second one, I bought a second home and this is for there. The hard wired and Wi-Fi together in one unit eliminates the hassle of several pieces of equipment.

For the $ amount, I expected more. I wanted to swap out my existing modem and wireless router with one device. This didn't help with that. In short, real cheap user interface, wireless piece sucked (this was the reason I returned). Timeouts, low signal strength even at few feet (nothing in between). The only good thing about it was its size, shape, color - if you are into those details. Ended up returning it and switched back to regular modem (no wireless integrated) and using a separate wireless router.
