Normally I buy the Tostitos brand of this. Equally good, but this one is outstanding. I pour it on nachos, enchiladas, beans, anything that a good spicy cheese sounds good on. I purchase from Walmart at least 2-3 times a week and always throw 2-3 jars in my cart. I looked on Amzon to see if I could buy it in bulk, but they do not carry it yet. Bummer!
505's is the best! The queso is real cheese and perfect. People that don't like it can stick to Velveeta. Their salsas are also amazing. I don't buy anything else. Maybe I'm biased because I'm from New Mexico, but we know cheese, salsa, and green chile, and 505's is the real deal.
As someone that thinks green chiles are like the prime ingredient in great queso and was hopeful about getting this, this was a miss. It's super spicy gas station cheese.
Not sure what it's made of but it sure isn't cheese. It has the consistency of gel. It might look like cheese, but it doesn't taste like cheese. It's gross. If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have bought it. Do yourself a favor and choose another product, this stuff is yucky at best.
The generic brands are better than this one. Taste is actually gross.
This stuff tastes sour, i wanted to like it but throwing it out.
I bought this a few years back and it was much different, I remember it being yellow and creamy kind of like the Tostitos nacho cheese. Well, no more. It is not at all creamy and is rather gelatinous bright orange and has an odd flavor.
Don’t waste your money of this dip. It is the worse tasting queso dip I have ever had! The best way I can describe it, is a manufactured fake cheese taste with too much salt!
the worse queso i have ever tasted. looks nothing like queso or that picture either. smells like actual vomit. i cannot believe they sell this..i normally love 505 products but this is by far the worse thing i have tasted in years.
This is the worst queso I have ever tasted. It has a ruined soured cheese taste and it is so salty its like extreme salt. It has these weird white snot like balls mixed in the orange gloop. Its just nasty believe the reviews and dont waste your money.
