The backpack is great overall. I do wish that the loop at the top was just a bit longer so I could latch it across my suitcase handle. The only other item that I would have like to have was that there were 2 slots on the back to slide down a rollerbag handle to help keep the backpack on the rollerbag when walking. Other than that, well made and lots of pockets.

This is the backpack that is a must for me. I'm a wheelchair user due to an accident. This backpack fits nicely on the back of my Tilite Aero T wheelchair. It houses all of my daily needed supplies which I can easily keep separated by function due to the number of compartments. I highly recommend this backpack and hope that they keep making it.

I am very happy with the new backpack from SWISSGEAR. It has every imaginable option for everything from sunglasses to my laptop, iPad and cellphone. It's comfortable on the back and the padding is next level. The navy blue color is sharp and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use.

Learning curve, but not bad: The shoe compartment needs to be filled before you pack the main pocket. Figured that out after I was already packed up.

Great Laptop Backpack that is perfect size for personal sized bag for a flight. This is their top-tier backpack from Swissgear and the quality is top notch. Also, warranty service while was slow before, it was honored by Swissgear from a previous issue I had from a previous bag. So can trust their after purchase service. A++++

The Swissgear Travel Tech Elite is a little bit on the heavy side, but I feel that it's totally worth the extra weight. It has all the right pockets in all the right places, and the wire cable handle is well made and feels good and solid in the hand. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sturdy laptop bag.

The product I think will be 5 star quality. It feels like great quality and it will last. Lots of pockets and places to store things. The photo and description are very misleading though. There is not a mesh water bottle holder on the blue backpack, as noted in the photo and in the description. There's a zippered insulated bag that seems to hold a small 12-16oz bottle. But not a nice big mesh pocket for a larger bottle. If this doesn't matter to you, no big deal. It will be a great backpack! Just be aware.

Never received my purchased. It was delivered to the wrong address. Filed a claim with Swiss Gear, UPS (the carrier), as well as spoke to a Swiss Gear rep; to no avail. Nothing has been done. The Swiss Gear rep didn't seem knowledgeable of the process. I need a refund. I no longer want the bag; sadly.

If I could give you zero stars I would. I ordered two of these bags. One was fine but the other one's charging port was defective. I have sent emails, videos, chatted with DM and left messages for customer service because their wait time is too long. (There was no option to keep waiting. ) No response from company at all. It's a shame because I have been a loyal customer.
