The backpack is great overall. I do wish that the loop at the top was just a bit longer so I could latch it across my suitcase handle. The only other item that I would have like to have was that there were 2 slots on the back to slide down a rollerbag handle to help keep the backpack on the rollerbag when walking. Other than that, well made and lots of pockets.

This is even better than I expected! The technology pocket has SO much room. The main pocket is not super bulky like other bags. Each pocket works well for storage without being out of place. Learning curve, but not bad: The shoe compartment needs to be filled before you pack the main pocket. Figured that out after I was already packed up.

Great Laptop Backpack that is perfect size for personal sized bag for a flight. This is their top-tier backpack from Swissgear and the quality is top notch. Also, warranty service while was slow before, it was honored by Swissgear from a previous issue I had from a previous bag. So can trust their after purchase service. A++++

I am very happy with the new backpack from SWISSGEAR. It has every imaginable option for everything from sunglasses to my laptop, iPad and cellphone. It's comfortable on the back and the padding is next level. The navy blue color is sharp and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use.

I travel in & out of the city everyday and needed a reliable backpack that will endure the heavy usage this backpack is the perfect fit. It has all the storage needed with convenient pockets throughout and is very comfortable to wear. I'm so happy I choose the grey heather because the material is of the highest quality and much more durable and cleanable than others material surfaces offered.

It's a tough decision to make for the purchase of something to hold a lot and exactly what you want in a backpack. All the right straps pockets and zippers. I found mine in this backpack. And it's not black. There are a few minor things I wish were different but I'm not perfect. nor is it. Love this bag! Very Well made. My husband had a Swiss gear he bought 15 years ago and it just broke a zipper that we were told was unable to be repaired. He would love to keep carrying it and he did. But he misses that little pouch at the top and it cannot be fixed. We definitely made the right choice of laptop backpack last time. It will outlast me!

The bag is very well made. Sturdy construction and lots of storage compartments. It even have a hard case storage pocket for eyeglasses. I just wish it came in more colors.

I received as a warranty replacement. Warranty was lots of back and forth and steps to take but in the end SwissGear honored the warranty which I am grateful for.

The product I think will be 5 star quality. It feels like great quality and it will last. Lots of pockets and places to store things. The photo and description are very misleading though. There is not a mesh water bottle holder on the blue backpack, as noted in the photo and in the description. There's a zippered insulated bag that seems to hold a small 12-16oz bottle. But not a nice big mesh pocket for a larger bottle. If this doesn't matter to you, no big deal. It will be a great backpack! Just be aware.

Pros: - Beautiful-looking, stylish backpack - Tons of pockets and storage compartments - Seems very sturdy. - Smooth zippers Cons: However, they should have made it a little larger (with more storage capacity). There are numerous pockets and separate pouches to keep things organized, but realistically, if I were to put different items into each pocket, they would all be very cramped in and smushed with one another. The overall outer frame is constraining everything inside into a very limited space. And this model is one of their largest in terms of storage capacity. Verdict: Overall, it's okay, I guess.
