55 cu ft Top Load Washing Machine with Mega Capacity

I purchased this washer a few weeks ago when my old.one went out, similar model we had for 10 years with a large family we need the large capacity washer and dryer. I Prefer this model as it let's me add water plus option, I like to wash with more water than the smart technology allows. So far I am really happy with this washer, it is quiet, efficient and washes our clothes well!

The washing machine does a great job of cleaning clothes and sheets, can notice an appreciable difference in the cleaning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did alot of research befor going to buy my machine, so glad I did. There is many to choose from with many functions. I chose this one because of the size of the tub. Is nice and big you can do large loads with no problem. When I first started using it I found many ways this machine works. I think my favorite part of this machine is that it spins the clother before fill it with water to make sure its balanced. I can'ts wait until my dryer breaks down so I can replace it with the matching dryer. If you have reservations about this machine I suggest you do the homework there are alot to choose from. But for me this is the best choice. I have cleaned my king size blankets with no problem and yet it also delicate items also. Rest assured it will do about anything you need it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this washer for a couple months, but it is great! Honestly, I didn’t realize how small my old washer was in comparison to this. My clothes come out cleaner and use less water. Hopefully, it will save me more money over the years. Lastly, the downloaded cycles are great, particularly the pet hair feature. I am an animal health professional, so I’m always covered in pet hair.

We are so happy with our choice for a washer. It washes great in all settings. It holds huge loads of clothes. Super for washing blankets and big comforters. It’s so easy to program, even my husband can program it to do lots of special settings. It’s also very quiet and attractive.

It washes good. Remote feature is disappointing because you have to manually turn it on in order to use it. It would be nice if it is ON constantly and cam be controlled anytime from the app. The downfall of it is turning the remote ON in order to use the app for the remote features.

Product is good. Unfortunately you almost have to be an Engineer to operate it properly. On some loads, I kept getting an "E6'' error message. These cycles did not finish and did not "spin" leaving the clothes still soaked in water. Had to turn off and then turn on again and just do the "spin' cycle to expel the water. I found that when programming the cycle that if the " spin " cycle height is not programed properly then the spin cycle does not function and you get the "E6 " error message. Looked up the "E6" error message and it is the only message that calls for a "service" call. It does not need a service all. Just the proper selection for the cycle. Apparently the "sensing" on the particular cycle does not over ride it.

I always had a front loader washing machine. For a change I decided to get this top loader (cheaper) I hope I made a right decision. We will see, since I only have this machine for about almost two months now. It uses little water and I can hardly see any suds when washing. So I’m thinking does this cleans my clothes but it came out clean.

Bought this 3 months ago. Repair man is coming in 2 weeks. Washer makes a loud clunking noise during wash cycle. The repair folks have been nice. Hopefully the repair takes care of it. I’m somewhat disappointed with my purchase based on the issue happening so soon after getting it.

The washing functionality works well but after 27 months of ownership we started getting foul orders coming from the tub. This is a top loader! We always left lid and dispenser opened when not in use. We did all the recommended Tub Cleaning cycles but would only remedy the situation for a couple of days. Then the garment staining started, ruined multiple articles. Now have read enough reviews to know it is a common problem with this model. Would not recommend this one.
