This chair is great for a big guy. I am 6ft 225 lbs and it's great. My wife on the other hand is 5'3” and 115 lbs and it doesn't do her neck and is too hard on her.

Very good gift for my parents

As a bodybuilder, this chair alone removes a tremendous deal of strain and stress in the spaces between my muscles and joints. The setup is rather simple, and the precise amount of force applied to your muscles by the massage balls instantly eliminates discomfort.

It is quite simple to assemble—it takes less than 30 minutes—and comes in two cartons. Both the automatic and manual programs were tested. A lady who is approximately 5.11 and thin is perfect for sleeping mode, in my opinion. It is also easily movable because to its two rear wheels. I adore it.

I like that it offers compression for the shoulders, arms, and legs. Although I enjoyed my deep tissue massage, I found the back and waste rollers to be a little too firm. Adding a tiny cushion to the lower back region can readily address this. Overall, I adore the product!

It would be more beneficial if you could adjust levels more and stop at areas that need longer massage.

Likes:1) Very simple to put together. It's easy to construct by one person.2) The Zero Gravity mode is excellent and allows you to feel the massage pressure more than in the standard mode.3) It's comfortable. 4) It takes up very little space. Dislikes: 1) It took longer to get there. Perhaps as a result of the holidays. There are two packets in it. One package arrived one day, and the second one arrived a week later.2) For little personalities, you must alter your body to massage the precise body parts that need attention.

The chair is excellent value for the cost; both the remote and assembly are straightforward. It was assembled and relocated by myself. Although the rollers penetrate a little too deeply in a few areas, that is about it. Regardless, it is undeniably a deep tissue massage. But this chair is utilized daily.

Not what it was described as this chair is for a hundred pound 5 ft tall person. The instructions manual is not informative at all you basically turn on the chair and try buttons until you find what you want. The leg message is too small and too close together to be effective.The arm message is too low in the chair to be accessible when you are sitting in the chair. The heat therapy feature is not very warm even at its highest setting. The set up is easy and the chair came fully assembled all I had to do was open the foot rest by unfolding it and snap the control panel into the holder. It was very easy. The button on the arm rest is easy to hit when you are getting in or out of the chair and takes some practice to avoid starting a message cycle when you don't intend to. Not a chair I would recommend if you have trouble getting in and out of a chair it can be tough to position yourself in the chair.

This chairs manual is terrible. The instructions of the manual don't explain anything very well on how to use the controller. The buttons on the controller are difficulty understand not very easy to work very difficult to get the chair to do what you want to this chair don't buy it. You can't read the pictures on the manual so really you have no way of knowing how to work the chair even if you google it there's really nothing. I contacted the Seller and they were really no help..
