My hair stylist recommended this shampoo and conditioner. I love it. I only use a quarter size amount so it will last a long time, and the fragrance is heavenly. I really like how my hair feels after drying. I'm definitely sold on this product.

I have been using Biolage for years! It keeps my hair healthy and it doesnt feel waxy or weighed down like with some other shampoo and conditioner, and it smellls amazing. I've ordered from JCPENNEY, Amazon and afew other places but Walmart seems to consistently have the best prices!

The shampoo/conditioner is fine. This order took a very long time to arrive. the packaging/bottles are defective; the squeeze out lids to not work-product goes everywhere. I'll need to find other bottles and transfer.

Purchased a shampoo/conditioner set and received two conditioners. Multiple attempts to reach 3rd party “seller” with no reply or resolution.

The product arrived broken.

I ordered the Matrix Biolage Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner liter SET. I received the Conditioner on time. Contacted Wal-Mart and they contacted the seller, noting that my delivered package weighed half what it should have. They contacted me back claiming they added a note with my shipped order that they were sending the shampoo separately and to expect in 5-7 days. I did not see this note. Not to say it wasn't there. It just never passed my eyes. I waited patiently for 12 more days. Emailed the seller myself from the email that they sent to me claiming I would receive missing shampoo in 5-7 days. The response I got was the exact same email that they originally sent me. With a, "We sent a note telling you you would receive delayed item in 5-7 days". I emailed them back again and did not get a response. Its 3/20 and I ordered this SET on 2/28. I don't believe they are sending my shampoo. I just got off the phone with Arlene with Wal-Mart. She was very polite and understanding. She was able to refund my purchase. In summary, don't purchase from this seller. They are not reliable. I also feel like they did not care at all about my situation as a customer. There was no apology, no, we are going to make this right. Definitely no, not to worry. Their response felt snappy and rude. Just an immediate, "we sent a note telling you..." That is not how you treat someone supporting your business. I hope this review helps someone else.

I absolutely love their hydrosource shampoo and conditioner so I thought I'd try this, but it leaves such a gross residue in my hair and it ends up weighing it down and it feels so dry as well. I regret trying it. Wish I could exchange for the one I like
