Great Service
Easy to use website, quick shipment, and product arrived in great shape (good packaging). Overall pleased with service! Haven't installed yet.

Mounting the mailbox was not easy. Depending on the mailbox you choose, you may have to purchase additional mounting plate. Amateur handy people would have a difficult time self installing. You would do better hiring an experienced installation individual.

Looks great from distance, fast shipping, some design flaws
Order was shipped quickly. Easy to install however the 2x4 that is installed inside the horizontal section where the mailbox is designed to go is difficult to align and the instructions do not clarify how properly install the plywood ( no included) and mailbox. Product also came with stains on the post which we have been unable to remove.
