Comfortable Support and Easy to Use
This kinesiology tape was easy to apply and stayed in place throughout the day. It provided good support during physical activity without feeling restrictive. The material is comfortable on the skin, stretches well, and did not cause irritation. The adhesive held up nicely, even with movement and light sweating. Great value for anyone looking for extra muscle or joint support.

Too much tangle with tape.
I disliked that the backing of the tape is almost impossible to separate when applying. I will manage to use it all because I need to use it but I will not be planning to purchase anymore. The frustration to struggle removing the backing takes a great deal of effort so I can use it.
