I purchased this device to be able to record without taking up use of my phone.. With having the capability to connect directly to computer as a web cam and its use as a Vlogging camera, has kind of inspired me to consider Vlogging or some other sharing. And it had night vision. What is also cool about this Camcorder is the attachments that come with it.. It makes the Camcorder look like an expensive professional recorder . It even comes with a mic attachment that mounts on the from and an extra handle attachment that makes for filming on the go. Only issue I am seeing so far is the battery life.. You have to make sure that the battery is fully charged.. And you really have no way of knowing this. The charge icon will say full but it could be like 85% . Some of the functions are confusing, at first, but once you get the feel of the camcorder you should be ok.. My 5 year old grandchild really liked mines, So I thinking about getting him one as a gift. He seemed to understand the basic functions.
