Absolutely love this scooter. It’s the 5th e scooter I’ve purchased (kept 4/5 of them so when friends come-all diff. Brands) and it is by far the best, fastest, safest -AWESOME!!!!!

My son 9 received this scooter as a Christmas gift. He enjoys riding it whiling passing me up during our/my bike riding adventure. He hasn’t used the turn signal yet but a great feature to have moving forward. Our son is above average height for a 9yr old. The scooter is Easy to maneuver, durable, with great long lasting charging power. We enjoy it!

awesome product and alot of fun

I absolutely love my scooter; it does what I need it to: get me to and from work, which is 7 miles away from home. That's 14 miles altogether and going up two bridges with ease. It takes away one battery notch, almost 2, to get to work, and i believe it drains faster at night, maybe because of the light? Who knows, but it takes 2 notches to get me home. I arrive with one notch left, so it can easily do 15 miles on drive and sport mode. I was switching between the two, and that's an hour ride there and back, so it can continuously ride for up to two and a half hours on max speeds, probably longer on eco mode or straight drive mode, no sport. Overall, it does the job, and im happy and thankful I can make it to work. Very satisfied if you're thinking, should you get one? The answer is YESSSSS!!!!

After contacting customer service regarding an issue with the rear tire, they responded and offered to send a complimentary replacement wheel. I appreciate their willingness to help resolve the issue and will update my review after receiving and installing the replacement.

My brother has one unfortunately I didn't get mine and couldn't refund it so I've just been living of his scooter but it's fun and gets you where you need to be in a timely manner I wish I had one, it does bad in snow btw

Worst purchase EVER. 1. I bought this scooter over others because it was coming the next day. Nope, it was delayed by 2 days. It came only 2-3 hours before the point of where I could cancel it. 2. The breaks SQUEAL. Like LOUD. Everyone looks at me and covers their ears when I come by. 3. The mud cover broke, whatever, not a big deal. I epoxy-ed it. BUT the next day it broke AGAIN 2 inches away from the original break. 4. All of those aside does it get me place to place? Yes thats all I really really need but today as I was riding in the middle of the street it just shut off. With cars behind me. All of sudden it says theres 0 battery after I just charged it and had it to 5 bars. Then I restarted it just in case says theres an E8 error so it won't work. I ended up having to park it and uber. This is all within a month of having this scooter. I understand there can be user error except I've owned another scooter that lasted years that never broke until it was just worn down and how can a scooter break this many times within a few days of purchasing? I highly recommend looking at another scooter if you prioritize reliability

I need help because my scoter no connect my cell phone

Terrible experience. First, one of the screws couldn't be installed because the screw hole was damaged. Then, even with the battery fully charged, the scooter wouldn't turn on at all—there was absolutely no power. Very disappointing.
