I bought the scooter during a Black Friday sale as a Christmas present for my son. It worked well until the battery died and we then realized the battery would not charge or hold power. I reached out to customer service and they have been more than helpful. They have assisted with the problem to ensure it was fixed as well as replied punctually. They offered me different solutions, and asked which I was most comfortable with. So far I am very happy with the purchase and the service I've received.
Got this for my eight year old for Christmas he loves it takes it to park battery life is good not heavy folds up easy and charges fast the speed on it it good not to fast but not to slow will definitely recommend I got it delivered fast too
I got it for my grandson for Christmas and he loved it. The only thing is that he lives in the Chicago area where it's snowing during Christmas, but he rode it around the house and he can't wait for summer 😊
my grandchild likes this scooter came packaged well easy to put together it has lights on and around the scooter this a really pretty scooter especially at night you can see the child and others can see the child also highly recommend this scooter
It is very easy to use and the top speed goes faster than I expected. It was a christmas gift for my son and he 10,000% loves it.
For the price point, this scooter is perfect. Our 7 year old weighs less than 60lbs and it's just enough power for him.
My 10 yr old LOVES this scooter. She loves the smooth ride, awesome lights, and fast speed. The bright headlight on the front is great for when it starts to get dark and she's coming back from the park. We initially received a scooter with a broken part, but I contacted 5th Wheel customer service and they promptly sent us out a replacement and the new one works great! They were wonderful to work with!
I would have preferred if the foot base was wider. My grand children can barely get both feet on. That was the reason I gave 4 stars. My grandchildren (ages8-12) are very happy with the scooter.
Grandson doesn't like it. Our driveway goes up hill and he can't really get it up it. He tries to drive down the hill in hopes to go faster but he gets disappointed each time. . It's very difficult to power on. He has to come and get me each time. Not sure but the button wants a deep long press and it's hard for the little kids. The light on the side light up bit you can't see them from behind as I though that they were for safety . He has to switch gears manually each time that he turns it on. 3 mph is to slow and the scooter won't turn on unless you go 2 mph the 5 mph is also way to slow . The 9 mph takes a long time to get to that speed because it's is like a gear shift I guess but kids this young don't understand. And I'm thinking the heartiest an easy task while driving it. He tried to ride it in the grass but it wouldn't really go that far. The steering calm. Do
Battery terrible!! Would give 0 stars!! My son has only rode 3 times due to it not staying charged!! I'm soooo upset! Such a waste of money
