Owned the bike for a while. So far everything works as it should.

I researched for over a month, for a 500 watt or stronger motor with a torque sensor. This ended up being the bike I decided on. All of the components on the bike seem to be of good quality. Shocks are great for asphalt, can be adjusted for light trail use. Would upgrade them if planning on doing any medium trails. Would buy this bike again.

Exceptional price for an ebike with a toque sensor. It drives very smoothly and I am pleased with it. The size is just right for my height at 5' 3". I had to switch the seat it came with.

Great value for a torque sensor ebike. It has lots of potential and decent specs for the cost.

I am impressed with the amount of power it gives you. The torque sensor is somewhat unrefined and the bike is a bit heavy, but for the price, its a great bike!

easy to assemble but, proper tuning is a must like any other new bike!

I don't want to give a bad rating for the bike itself because I never received the bike. My rating is to Walmart themselves. I ordered this bike and received the tide 1. Small scooter like electric bike. When I asked for a replacement for the bike that I originally ordered, they made it my problem. I had to returned the bike without replacement. There wasnt a courtesy pick up. I had to call fedex myself for pick up because dropping it off would be too big. 66 pounds in a large box. Walmart wasnt considerate about that. They said they will issue a refund instead of doing the easier thing and sending the replacement. In messages , I was told that it will take up to 3 weeks to be refunded. So if you get the wrong item, take it as you wont be riding any time soon.
