Nice photo book but creating it was difficult
Photo book turned out nicely, but, the process of uploading photos was painful. Took a long time and if there is a way to edit uploaded photos, I sure couldn't figure it out.

Photo books 5 x 7 Damask hardcover
I have made for the last 16 years, 5 books for my grandchildren each Christmas. I always used the Damask hard cover photo book. Now you dont' have it.....I am beyond frustrated. You need to keep the books.....its hard having to each and every year configure my needs to what your store has.......if i could find another source I would use them....

Mostly the awful website experience. This barely met my needs for gifts on a birthday. There were limited or no options to adjust images, which resulted in a mediocre product.
