Hidden treasure in ham seasoning
I use this in dry peas and beans to give a rich flavorful broth. Also good in soups, chili, and stew. My favorite use is in fresh mixed greens ( turnip greens, mustard greens, collar greens, kale, spinach) recipe is cook in half chicken broth and water 3 pieces thick sliced bacon 4 packs of ham flavor seasoning, garlic, accent, salt and pepper. The broth from the greens is so rich and good we drink as soup. Seasoning recipe is 1 part Accent, 1/2 part garlic powder, 1/4 part salt, 1/8 part black pepper I developed this seasoning when I was catering and use it on everything for the last thirty years except sweet foods. Everyone loves it. I hope people will try it I am truly passionate about cooking and this is delicious.

Goya Ham Seasoning....ya gotta love it!
Goya Products are always good! I never let myself run out of Goya Ham Seasoning because it is so good for beans, greens and even corn bread.

Sensational Flavor-Find
Where has this stuff been all my life!!! The flavor is sensational! Soup, rice, gravy-you name it. And what a find in my canning recipes. Great to have on hand -especially nowadays when we never know if a food emergency will arise and we have a need for fast, lightweight
