We purchased a Pride lift chair from our local hospital supply store. When the original control failed, we requested the store repair it. Although a representative came out and ordered a control, it was the wrong control. We were told we were on our own. We contracted the manufacturer Pride, who referred us to a couple of different sources. One was too distant, and the other wouldn't repair a Pride chair they hadn't sold. We googled Monster Scooter Parts and ordered this control with the best information we possessed, albeit sketchy. A family member installed the new control, and it works like a charm after months of delay. We're ordering a second control for backup.
Never thought we'd find this piece. Older chair but still is working fine. Arrived quickly Thanks so much.
Customer service was very helpful in finding the replacement hand control which resolved the problem!!!
